Parking for non-UF attendees will be available at the east entrance of the north lawn of the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (see map below) . UF faculty, staff, and students will need to find alternate parking based on your UF decal.
University Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS) personnel will be on site between 5:30pm and 7:30pm on 10/16 for the evening reception and between 7:00am and 10:00am on both meeting days, 10/17 and 10/18, to hand out parking permits. If you arrive later, Darlene will have parking permits on a first-come, first-served basis.
Those arriving after 10 am are urged to find an alternative method of transportation to the event, such as Uber, as parking anywhere on campus requires a decal or permit and UF PD will issue a $35 ticket to vehicles not displaying official university decals or permits.
We Look Forward to Seeing You at UF in October!
